How can I program 20-pin PIC's?

Is there any possibility to program 20-pin PIC's (for example 16F690) with the EB006?

Yes it is possible to program 20 pin devices using the EB006. The new v7 board has a 20 pin socket but if your using the old v6 board then you should be able to use the 14 pin socket. Simply put pin 1 into the pin 1 position as normal and you should be ok.
