Request recommendation on E-blocks

I am working to make a prototype of an internet control and monitor setup. Monitor four pins and control the output on four different pins from a webpage on the embedded webserver. I only need to show it can be done. Shopping around I found EB061 for the main board, EB023 for the internet and ECIO-40P for the chip and programmer. I already own Flowcode V4 pro. Will this work for me? Is there a recommendation for a different mix of boards?

You might want an LCD board and/or some way of entering commands (e.g. switches or keypad).

One other thing we've found very useful when working with Ethernet is a network "hub". Note that a network "switch" may not help because the packets are internally filtered by the switch and your device may not be able to monitor the network for signals other than those specfically sent to it. But note that it can be tricky to find a non-filtering "hub" (last time I looked was a few years ago and many "hubs" were in fact "switches", so you'll need to be careful).

The switches will be on the webpage. The parts attached to the control pins should be easy. Turning on and off some LED's. The plan is to put in the IP address in on a browser to assest the board. The board will be attached to the internet via a router. Besides the eblocks I talked about before, anything else that anyone can think of, please let me know.
