When i have sent hex file to chip and try to send again i get window up saying usb cable not connected and the cable is connected. i have to shut down flow code and reboot every time i want to send hex file to the chip i can only send hex file once and after that its allways saying usb not connected.

Are you running multiple instances of the PPP software? This could probably be enough to cause the problems you are describing.
