Freelancer Require/ Sweep Generator

Hi I am looking for a freelancer.

Its for a adjustable sweep frequency oscillator 10Khz to 25Kz
50% duty cycle
sweep time should be adjustable using Flowcode 8/9
frequency should have 10Hz resolution or better
frequency adjustment would be made using Flowcode 8/9


the generator need to have a start/stop function when a input is made, ie Generator will start for a preset time and the turn off for a preset time when input is made.

PIC maybe 16F151313!! or other suitable.
