PP3 software is installed
Plugging the programmer into a USB port initiates 'detecting new hardware' and a window appears but then it hands there and nothing happens. Putting in the installation CD as suggested makes no difference.
When we do get it to work, can the programmer be plugged into any USB port
Users of the computer are not administrators. Do any folders need to be set with full control.

Download the EB006 drivers from here.
http://www.matrixmultimedia.com/softwar ... driver.zip
Open the archive and run the file "Matrix_USB_Board_Driver_install.exe" Follow the wizard and allow it to finish.
Then connect your EB006 into the USB. You should get a driver installation wizard popping up. Simply choose the recommended option and allow the driver file to install. This could take several minutes depending on your PC.
