I am from Cape Town South Africa!
I need to develop a didgital volt meter with an LCD display indicating the voltages of two batteries on one display: Main battery (voltage) Secondary battery (voltage).
I am new to the world of PIC's. I do know I need two A/D converters, a Pic and a LCD display. I purchased a PIC coarse with programmer board etc for the PIC16F84, but I lack the knowledge to know whether this IC will cope and secondly I am battling to master the source code.
Question: Will the MM flow code coarse get me on track, do they have sub routines that I can use to drive a LCD, will the 16F84 cope. If someone with the knowledge is prepared to write the software routines for such a beast I am willing to negotiate costs.
Many thanks
Gawie

Hello

You will need to purchase a license of Flowcode for the Flowcourse to be any use to you. You can then use the free version of the Flowcourse or you can ourchase one if you wish. Flowcode can hanlde ADCs, LCDs and of course PICmicros with ease so you shouldn't have any problems. Download the demo version of Flowcode and the online course and see what you think.
