I migrated some code from Flowcode V3 to V4 and my custom 7 segment display code wont simulate (display) when I run it on the PC.
Because I have custom characters, not just numbers, I created my own macros, that do not use the LED7Seg component macros at all.
On Flowcode V3 this simulated on the PC but on V4.1 it wont do anything.
Is there a way to make it work in Flowcode V4.1 ?
Note to use the macro below you must first load some data before entering the macro.
E.g. (display A F for 100 loops of time)
DIGIT0 = 136
DIGIT1 = 142
DISPLAY_LOOP = 100

Re: Custom 7 Segment Display Issue
Hello Cruzxia
I think the problem will be regarding the 7 segment components connections. If you select the 7 segment component and then click on the connections icon you should see that all of the pins are disconnected. Connect these up and your program shoul simulate correctly again. Let me know if this does not solve your problem.

Re: Custom 7 Segment Display Issue
I setup the component connections for the 7 segment display (when migrating from Flowcode V3 to V4 it gave a warning message)
The connections are correct, I tested it by inserting a component macro and it displayed the numbers.
There is something else causing the problem. I can email you a display FCF if you want to test it.

Re: Custom 7 Segment Display Issue
Hello Cruzxia
OK there is a problem with the V4 7Segment components that they do not simulate when the pins they are connected to are toggled. Only the hardware macro icons will allow them to simulate.
We will hopefully have this fixed for the next release of Flowcode so the pins do control the 7 segments correctly.
