Command prompt and MsgBox ??

Sometimes when I use Flowcode it comes up with a command prompt and a message box like this attachment.

Why and how can I suppress it ?

This should only happen the once. If it is happening again and again, then you will need to run Flowcode with elevated privileges (right-click and "run as administrator...") and then enter the registration information.
