I had ECIO 40 with EB468SI4 and I have just finished a flowcod program to measure the interval time between two interrupts during mile second the simulation was working at right manner but when download on ECIO40 the number displayed appeared as zeros 0.000000 and the interrupt intRB1 confused with the switches
