Hi, Got a small problem in that the Vcc of my PIC is unstable so I need to use an external Reference voltage for my ADC ( this a battery powered circuit)
so how do I set up my ADC to use Vref+ on AN3, I am assuming that it will have to be done with a "C" statement. The PIC is a 18F819 and only AN0 & AN1 will be analog inputs. Is there an example of the code required?
Thanks

Re: ADC and External Vref
Hello Barry,
Go into the properties for the ADC component and you will be given an option to enable the +Vref functionality. If you also provide a correct voltage for your Vref in the properties then the read as string and read as voltage will also work correctly.
