Hi,
To connect the PIC Multiprogrammer board to your PC you'll need a USB type A to B cable and plug it into your PC and multiprogrammer board.
Connect a DC 12V or 14V supply to GND and +14V.
I can't help you for labview.
Cheers,
Nicolas

Re: E-blocks PC interface
Hello,
The USB socket on the EB006 is only available for programming, ICD and the Scope operation.
To allow Labview/VB/Delphi to work using USB with the EB006 board you will need the following.
18F4455 chip or other USB compatible device
4MHz crystal or other USB compatible crystal
EB055 USB E-block
The EB055 datasheet should detail everything you need to know.
An ECIO is also a great choice for doing USB communications.
