Mistake of setting the oscillator configuration of 18f25j50

I have a 18F25J50 microcontroler with 12 MHz quartz.
I can't correctly setting the oscillatorfrequenc of the 18F25J50.

Every setting in the "PPP" have the same mistake clock pulse. In the example the clock pulse at RC2 should be at 1Hz, actually he has 0.33 Hz

Hello,

You have the PLL enabled in the config options so your clock speed in the project options window should be changed to 48000000. This should then give you accurate timing.
