ECIO 40 Keeps Flashing :-(

The computer doesn't seem to see it anymore.

The green LED keeps flashing and reset does not affect it.

Is there a general reset for the device because I can't find any info on it on the site....

Ignore me. (Most people do).

(It always helps to install the drivers for a USB device after re-installing an OS)
