display 7 segmentos

Hello
I'm in trouble for the 7-segment display it is working perfectly, I have a hardware with four 7-segment display on the door, I put them in the door when I test the second bit in my hardware it shows the port 3 bit.
And when I put in 4 bit port does not appear.

Any tips.

Led7seg4 The component has no way of putting it in cathode? As if you can help me?
