HP6339 ZIF programmer

Has anyone else bought this ZIF programmer and got it to work? I can't find any drivers or instruction anywhere and I am close to going on suicide watch...

The link works fine. I didn't however find it via the search tool when I first tried to see if here had been any topics on the HP6339.
