Should this PIC_LCD.C component file work in V5?
Hi Guys, I am playing around with a serial LCD again and just wanted to know if the PIC_LCD.C component file Ben came up with should work the same in V5?

Hello. Ben is not in today, but I assume if it works in v4 it will interface direct to the HW, so there is no reason it should not work.
The only thing is if the interface has changed drastically (the variables replaced on C code generation) but I don't think this should be a problem. As you are posting on v5 forums I assume you have v5 - best thing to do is make a copy of any files you may overwrite, then try it and see!
