My program-board 006 has 2 power outputs> 5V and 7,25 V
Why is 7,25 V (j7) for?

Please post some details of your question..as this type of question is really hard to answer..What exactly your problem as we know EB006 board can take input from USB and Ext power supply which is 13V. Output is 5V and 12V

Hi Dannny,
Are you using an external power supply connected to the jack socket J6?
If you plug in a power supply to J6 power jack (e.g 13.5V DC) , then the two voltages on the J7 terminal block will be +5V and 13.5-1.4 = 12.1V
This voltage is used for programming (VPP supply ) target devices in high programming mode.
So if you have 5V and 7.25 and your using the power jack then check voltage of your external power supply.
Looking at the circuit diagram of EB006 V8 it looks like a charge pump circuit is used So I'm wondering if the lower 7.25V is derived from that via USB if no external power supply is used?
If so it does appear to be low?
Maybe some else with V8 Eb006 can power via USB and compare for you?

The charge pump on the v8 EB006 boards is used to generate the 12V MCLR programming voltage from the PSU or the USB supply. This charge pump voltage is not passed through to the +14V screw terminal as it is low current only and cannot be used to drive other circuitry.
When using the USB supply only I don't think there will be a voltage present on the +14V terminal.
As Enamul says if the +14V screw terminal is as low as 7V then your power supply voltage is probably set too low, it should be set to 12V or 13.5V depending on the voltages available on your power supply. That is of course if you are measuring the voltage between +14V and GND and not between +14V and +V.
