Hp-488 RC Oscillator Frequency

Hi Guys,
I m using Hp-488 board to program my PIC18f452, I just wanted to know the maximum and minimum oscillating frequencies of the RC Oscillator. The XTAL has the frequency of 19.6 Mhz. But i need to use RC and i need its frequency values.

Hello Taj,

I believe I have already posted this on the forums a while ago (maybe for the EB006) so it may be worth a quick search.

I think the slow speed is around 1hz to 10hz and the fast is around 10MHz when the frequency control potentiometer is set to run at maximum speed.

A simple 1 second flasher program will help you to get the frequency correct.
