The frequency counter Version 4.1 is special to show a frequency on a LCD screen. This program is not helpful if you want to use the (value of) frequency for other reasons.
This version 5 is a special macro to measure the frequency. Because values to 2 MHz are possible, the frequency variable will be Ulong (32 bits).
The accuracy can be set between 1 to 4 digits. The macro can show, if LCD is set, a warning for long sampling times and the frequency measured.
