Imported FC5 Configuration settings.

Configuration settings still not importing correctly with FC5 flowcharts (Although I'm referring to PIC will test other types).
Once configuration settings are set, they do retain their values.
Device I'm trying is 16F883 (Just in case other devices import correctly).
