Component manager window (export) too small & Author loss

(Beta with fixpack 3)

Two issues:
- The Component Manager window is to small. In the Setup TAB the strings "Additional Keywords" is visible, the field below it is not and the window is not re-sizable.
- The Author field information is not retained. Open Settings manager, enter an author, close the window, reopen and the field is empty.
