Arduino to PIC-flowcode 5

I have Arduino code for Dot matrix contains Ht1632C, i would like to import this code into my Pic-flowcode 5
can any one help me?

Hi I am still waiting for any help, really don't know what the problem is ,the module sure 2416 dot matrix works fine with the test board, but with my flow code program no response,my previous program 7 segment with max7219 is working fine but with this ht1632 something is wrong.
