I am trying to connect to an EB-006-00-5 programmer board, using CITRIX platform, but the board is not recognized, does anyone know how to fix this problem?
When I configured the board using PPP3 the USB cable is not recognized.
I do not have any problems connecting locally.

Ben,
Thanks for your prompt reply!
Yes, I have installed the driver for the board, as I stated before I do not have any problem with the board being detected when I am working on a local environment, the problem arises when I try to connect the board under a Citrix environment.

Here's some background info that may help. Flowcode itself does not perform any USB communications. The program that does (in your case) is the PPPv3 programmer utility.
It could be that the software on the Citrix server can never access local USB drives. In which case, you may need to install PPPv3 onto each client PC and then alter the settings for the programmer (Flowcode..Chip..Compiler Options) to point to the local version of PPPv3.
If it is not possible for the Flowcode settings to point to a local version of PPPv3, you might need to remove the programmer entry from the "Compiler Options" window. What will happen now is a HEX file will be created which can then be opened "by-hand" via a local PPPv3 program.
I hope this helps us get a step further to a solution. Unfortunately, I have only used Citrix briefly (as a student) and am not familiar with its capabilities.

I've just put a Citrix server farm together for a small company. Yes there are limitations on the use of local USB ports and to be honest unless it was a memory stick or digital camera on the usb port which is ok, you can forget about PPV3 working.
It really is basic USB access such as memory sticks which are automatically mapped as drives into your citrix environment.
As Steve says, create the hex file and save to a local drive, then run up PPP3 locally on the workstation for the final write to the chip.
