No Miac expansion modules visible fcode v6 ?

I don't seem to be able to find miac expansion modules in flowcode v6 6.0.9.0
having upgraded to v6 and bought miac + advanced expansion module bit dissapointed

Hello Gary,

Yes we have not created the MIAC add-on components as part of Flowcode v6.

The reasons behind this are numerous but the main crux is that the add-ons were not very popular, mainly down to shortcomings in our marketing machine and user understanding of how they worked and so they have been ditched in view of an upgraded MIAC potentially with serial and potentially Ethernet built in. This is still under discussion and we have lots of add-on stock so don't hold me to this

The components were always pencilled to go into v6 but things like user interface improvements have meant that the mods to Flowcode itself to allow the expansion connections to work got pushed further and further down the list until we have almost talked ourselves out of doing them altogether.

For now we still support v5 and would advise that this is the best option for you if using the MIAC add-ons. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

If you would like to see the components in v6 then let us know and I will put it to the powers that be.
