New license does not activate in FC6

Just purchased PIC key, attached to my account and it shows PIC sector opened.
But when I enter my login/password in FC6, it says "Activated successfully" but PIC is still closed (FC restarted). Also compiler says
You do not have a valid license to perform this action

Web account shows that it's activated.

Any suggestions? Should I re-download the installation package?

ps: re-downloaded, removed old and installed again - same story.

One more thing:
When I firstly entered the key into web panel, it was "accepting" it around 1 minute and after that said "critical error, try again".
I went back and entered the key again, but it said that key is already used (or kinda that). Then I reviewed the list of available packs and PIC sector was activated already. But in FC it still keeps inactive.
