FC7 Pro Off-line Activation Fails

I am following the process to activate off-line on one Windows 10 computer and it fails. I am following the same procedure used for FC6 Pro which is running very well on same computer.

Please see the set of JPG pictures attached that document the flow and the failure. Has anyone tried off-line activation successfully?

After going through this process and upon restarting FC7 says it needs to be activated in order to run and that I should enter the online account details to activate.

Hi Ras,
Currently with V7.0.0.4 only online registration is working.
Perhaps matrix staff can post details of when that will be fixed when back on Monday?

It does not help at all having purchased a FC7 licence and not being able to use it. And no, activating via web is not an option due to IT policies.

Go and tell your boss that ~1000€ software cant be used because of some idiot on IT department not allowing FC7 to communicate through firewall. Demand admin rights for your personal workhorse or that the IT has to open the door for FC7 to be used. Tell that you guys are just wasting profitable more worktime for discussion of such simple thing that opening a firewall for a program would take if youd have those rights yourself...
Give no other options. Sometimes you have to step on the toes to get something to happen.

There was a delay and now we have issues with staff holidays. The release is ready and being tested this week and I am confident it will be released next week.

but in the moment I think your words are not concrete.
At the time of FC6 I switch to "c" ....
With FC7 I think matrix have mutch more problems....

Not sure what you mean here. Steve is a legend and is always frank and honest!

Flowcode 6 was a great product, shame you missed out. Good news is 7 is even better!

It was meant to be released last week and we all thought it would be but due to unforeseen circumstances completely out of our control things have taken slightly longer than planned.

I'm sure you would agree that it's much better to take longer to release something correctly then it is to rush out something half baked with problems.

Is there a other operation for the 30day key as in FC6?
If I go "download FC7 license" I landing on " Overview FC7 page"

Hello Wolfgang,

If you have downloaded the latest version, once installed a pop up box should appear asking you to select the 30day trial, select this and simply type in your Matrix username and password to activate your 30Day trial.

There is no offline acitvation for the 30day trial, the time tracking is done on our servers so the 30day trial is ONLINE only.
