Can't buy a feature pack (Test and Debug)

Hi,

I have the Professional version of Flowcode 7, and it has been activated, I was trying to use the RS232 component and discovered that I could not bring up the console.
Also there was no error message when trying to call up the console, just nothing happens at all. I would have expected that a dialog box would come up in the same way it does when I tried
to call up the scope. I guess it must be part of the Test and Debug pack? Anyway, when I tried to buy the pack, the web site asked for my Flowcode 7 Key, I entered the key that was sent to
me when I bought 7 but the web site comes back with the error that the key has already been consumed. I can't seem to find any way around this.
As a short term fix, even though my license was already in place I activated the 30 day trial and then the console comes up without trouble.
Is there something else I need to do to buy additional feature packs and chip packs? Is the console feature part of the test and debug pack? I would have thought it would come with the comms
package. Also I emailed the support team and received a noreply email that suggested that it may be quicker to follow the hyperlink that was given, I tried that and landed with a 404 error page (no such page).

To buy additional packs you need to log in to your account, then head to the purchase page, select the feature you want to add and 'buy flowcode 7'.

Being that I already own flowcode 7 I did not think that clicking on the "buy Flowcode 7" was an option, I think a better title for the button should be "purchase" Or "purchase selected".
Anyway thanks again for the help.
