WIN10 and start panel - SOLVED

Hello,
After a while, I returned to program microcontrollers. After installing to the WIN10, the startup screen became strange. I do not have enough character to start the project. accessing images.
The program is licensed and works correctly on an old computer that has a WIN 8.1 system.
After trying with compatibility in windows options, nothing is obtained.
I beg for help.

Wow I've not seen that before, are you using a ultra high definition monitor? if so then what DPI setting are you using?

Could there be anything else specific to your PC, does it have registry cleaner software running on it?

It might be worth installing the .net runtimes (both the x86 and x64 versions) on your system to see if this helps.

Problem Solved, I use two monitors 1920x1080 and both were set up to display 125%. When I returned to showing 100% the program is normal. Thanks for the prompt reply.
