Check for updates error

Has a license!
At Check for Updates, I get the message as shown below

Is there anyone here where things go wrong and what to do.

Files in -use

to

Thanks for the proposal, but it did not work.
Has followed your instructions but is always getting "Connection error".
But your instruction did not work?????

Have tried to restart the computer.
But the problem was not resolved by this!

I was getting a connection error on Files in -use:

Files in use.png: (10.63 KiB) Downloaded 3229 times

Changed to full database and got:

Full Database.png: (43.83 KiB) Downloaded 3229 times

Shame does not work for you.
Working for anyone else?

Hi Martin,

Yes replicated here, Files in use reports Connection Error. Full database works correctly.

Maybe a problem with our web server so I'll get David to look into this ASAP on Monday.

I have observed the same behaviour....it began approx 2 weeks ago....

Full database ok... files in use = connection error.

Yes that's odd,
was all working this afternoon.
Now I'm getting a connection error when checking the full database.

It's all working for me at work.
It worked yesterday then stopped working again.
@Matrix staff is it totally fixed or could we still face temporary issues?
