Activation failed

Hi Guys,
I tried to activate today the FC8 on my laptop PC, but for some reason, I'm getting "Activation failed: This key does not match the user name provided".

This is happening with automatic and also with manual registration:

I managed a few months ago to activate successfully my work and home PC. Anyone know what is the issue here?

Can you see what the user name is?
To do this log in here
Click on Download FC8 Licence
Then Click on GET LICENCE
Then you will see Flowcode Username:
Does it match with what your entering?
If so then you could send DavidA a PM with your username, he should be able to get you sorted.

Yes i logged in to my account and select option to download FC8 licence, as i got the licence file and key which i placed manually. I also copy and paste my username, but to luck (which was showing on that page. The message is the same being automatic or manual. I believe something happened recently as i was able to do activation two months ago just fine.
