Error in compiling

Hi,

I have Flowcode V6 license single user together with PIC license. But when im going to compile a project or HP1110 board, it says i don't have required license. Please clarify this. I have purchased this long time back, but didn't work with this license before. I have attached the details.

Hello,

What happens when you click Help -> View Licenses? Does your chip pack come up there?

If not then it's probably worth trying to reactivate Flowcode using the Help -> Activate menu.

Hi,
When i try to view chip pack through help, it shows all 4 with cross marks (even the PIC).
then I reactivated the flowcode using help > activate. They it activated again. But the result is same and When i try to view chip pack through help, it shows all 4 with cross marks (even the PIC)
But anyway it mentioned that the copy of flowcode is activated to my name. Pictures attached.

Please let me know how to get this rectified.
