Start ARM Flowcode

Tempted to dip a toe into ARM programming - and looking for some recommendations for a cheap setup.

For example
https://www.banggood.com/ARM-Cortex-M3- ... rehouse=CN

or

https://www.banggood.com/3Pcs-STM32F103 ... rehouse=CN

Would seem to fit the bill - certainly cheap and seem to be supported by the ARM processor pack - but does anyone have any exeprience with these boards. Do I need any 'extras' to use them from within FC (for example https://www.banggood.com/3_3V-5V-XTW-ST ... rehouse=CN)

Any comments as to suitability, or suggestions to alternatives gratefully received.
