New Keys on Saturday.

Does Matrix issue new Keys on a Saturday ? As I have purchased this morning more Packs,
and have yet to receive my new Key to activate the new Packs.

As far as I know MATRIX does not issue key's anymore they are attached to your user account you can download them or just go to manage licenses from Flowcode and register your Flowcode again.

I could be wrong but sure worth a try

Just tried to activate new licence, still not activated new packs, Now last week
I purchased new packs and received a new key from Matrix. Maybe I will get a new key on Monday.

Yes, I have an account, when I log in it shows the packs I have just
purchased not active (6) ARM,AVR,PIC16,PIC32,RP1,SCADA.
Ones I purchased some time ago are active.
I have the transaction receipt with payment paid yesterday morning.

Did you not receive an email from the website with your key?

If not can you Private Message (PM) me some details of your purchase (order no/time/date etc) as much as possible and i will hunt down the issue.
