How to control a motor by using Fomular Flowcode

Hi,
I try to follow the design of Formular Flowcode with the schematic given on the website (file: FFschematic.pdf). I redraw the FFschematic by Proteus and run simulation but I do not know why I download the hex file (after compiled by flowcode) to the chip, the RC1-PWM and RC2-PWM did not released (in fact they are all 5V level instead of PWM), i.e the motors do not run. I have checked all connnections correctly. Please help me to solve this problem.
