Hi,
I own the C for pic16 series course [EL543SI4] and I'm trying to get it to run on Windows 7. During the installation I've entered the license code and it was accepted but when I run the course I get an error message stating:
C4PICs16 Course loading error
Serial number not found or incorrect, please check your install of the C4PICs16 course.
The course runs fine on Windows XP. The problem seems to be related to Windows 7. Can anyone help me?
John

@benj
Thank you for the link. That did the trick. The only thing that doesn't work right now is the virtual CPIC program that is suppose to be running in the right pane of the course. Is there a fix documented for the java security settings that fixes this problem? I run version 8 update 45 of java.
John
Edit!
Problem solved by a new java update that just arrived....
