after My observation as my 1st topic maybe complex .I decided fragmentation topics ,and i hope to found the solution in the matrix community.
i need first to apply :
choose the best value between ADC values .
but the values not incrementing or decreases. it's wobbling, how can i choose the best

Sound like the ADC pin is floating.
We can only guess unless you can post a flowchart.
Can you also let us know what pin on your target device you are using for ADC.

just a simple example voltmetre and amperemetre 12V - 5A --- RS232
i use the PIC18F4550 . an i can use any AN pin possible .
i want the PIC read the earth resistivity . as you know its a wobbling value . and i won't choose the best.
