Cant Logon

Hi
Could one of the admins please check for me why I can log on here (forums) but can't logon to the main Matrix site using the same user name

If I try to register it says my user name is already taken

Hi Steve,

The Matrix Accounts and The Forum Accounts are not linked. So you have to register for the forums and then register again for the Matrix Account.

If someone has already created a Matrix Account with your username then is it possible it was you and maybe you used a different password? I can check the email address on the account and see if it matches your email registered for the forums.

If you've never had a Matrix Account then you should be able to register using a different username.

Both your forum and the matrix account email end with the same domain so it looks like it was you who set up the Matrix account.

Your forum email starts SV6... but the user account email starts jun....
