flowcode 6 LCD(I2C) component not working

Hi i was working with the LCD(I2C) component in flowcode6 ok then i loaded the trial version of FC7 then removed it now my fc6 full version will not load LCD(I2C) component in flowcode6 Screen dumps in the attachment below can this be fixed please.

Hello,

Uninstalling v7 shouldn't effect v6 but please can you try re-activating your v6 license to see if this helps the situation.

Simply click Help -> Activate and enter your Matrix Account username and password.

Sorry i have done that and nothing has changed even restarted pc...

I have reloaded the standard version of flowcode7 on my pc now and can use LCD(I2C) in FC7 but will still not work in my prof edition of FC6 strange how it works in the standard version FC7 but not in the prof version of FC6 when it did before i loaded FC7 ... have tried reloading and downloading but NO SUCCESS can this be fixed as will need it when FC7 trial ends....

Hello,

Maybe uninstall v6, after doing this delete the Flowcode 6 folder in program files and then reinstall.

The only thing I can think is that:

A: Your v6 license has been corrupted - re-activating should solve this and we have no record of v7 effecting v6 like this.
B: Your v6 LCD component has been overwritten or corrupted, in which case a clean reinstall will solve this.

Hi uninstalled FC6 and FC7 then removed both from program files (86) restarted pc then reloaded FC6 from your website put matrix account name and password then activate then it says it is accepted ...but still no LCD(IC2) IT says failed to add the component:LCD (I2C) you do not have a valid licence to perform this action..... regret putting FC7on...

Is your matrix user account username the same as your forum username?

I've looked at the I2C LCD component in v6 and it shouldn't require a component pack type license.

Here is the file, can you try copying it to your "Flowcode 6/components" folder, restart Flowcode and hopefully the problem will now be resolved.

yes i Can add any of the Alphanumeric LCD components and the LCD (Generic) component no problem just the LCD(I2C) Will not load even checked the program path C:\Program Files (x86)\Flowcode 6\components\lcd_I2C.fcpx
