System can not find the file specified!
When trying to load a simple program to an E Blocks 2 BL0061-1 board the message attached appears each time.

Have you installed the STARM toolchain?

OK, and you can see installed files in the location listed in the screenshot? (C:\Program Files ....)
Next thought then is that it could be a Windows "short path" issue.
There have been a few forum postings on that topic, if you want to take a search? ... or I will try and pick some out
