LEDs must go ON with LDR

Hi,

I'm trying to make the following:

When it gets dark in the evening, the LEDs should flash until it gets light again in the morning. This is done via an LDR.
I've got it pretty much working, but not completely.

The LEDs only flash once, which makes sense because the Loop stops. So something else needs to be done with the Loop, but I don't know what.

Who has the solution for me?
