In addition to Call Stack and variables window there could be a Display Function Window. This window could display everything in full which is within the red outline. Normally when simulator is running you can't see all the formulas, decisions etc.
Maybe go one step further and display simultaneously Last function window, current function window and a next function window.

If I understand correctly, what you are asking for is a window that appears during simulation that shows the details of the icon that is about to execute. Is this correct? If so, I think it's a great idea (but one for v5...).

At the very least , it should display all the contents of current Icon during simulation, since All contents (especially multiple formulas) can't be seen until mouse pointer hovers over it. You could go one step further and show previous and next icon contents.
