I tested the USB Serial Component, but It does not work well, some times Works some time not work, could you be so kindly to check it, may the config. is not OK

In your configuration settings you need to set the oscillator to "HS: HS+PLL, USB-HS".
Everything else seems to be correct.
Some users have commented that autodetecting the device before you assign the configration settings helps to acheive a working device.
