Cursor keys to move viewport

One little suggestion that sounds 'simple' to implement (and is almost certainly anything but!) - could we use the navigation keys to move the viewport as follows?

Cursor up / down - move viewport one icon up / down
Cursor left / right - move viewport one icon left / right
PgUp / PgDn - move viewport one page up / down
End - move viewport to maximum extent right
Home - move viewport to maximum extent left

Just my £0.02 - possibly because I'm an old f**t and don't get on with these new fangled mouse thingies!!
