How can I programming a 64 pin PIC ( QFN ). I have a EB006 multiprogrammer.

Hello Marcel,
The EB006 Multiprogrammer really only targets DIL packaged 8-bit PIC devices.
You may be able to program this device using PPP and the EB006 using a ICSP cable as shown here.

However I have not tested this chip with PPP so it may not be correctly configured to program these.
Otherwise you will have to use a PICkit or other PIC programmer specifically aimed at targeting this device.
