Re: HP488 BOARD USB Win7 - 64bits - URGENT ERROR
Hello,
Please run dpinst_amd64.exe fromt the latest driver downloads available here:
http://www.matrixmultimedia.com/lc_index.php?p=17
ignore dpinst_ia64.exe, this is for itanium PCs, amd64.exe is not just for AMD branded chips.

The installation works fine for me on my win 7 64-bit machine. Are you sure you have downloaded the up to date driver file from the learning center?
You could try going into device manager by right clicking the computer link, selecting properties and then clicking the device manager link. In here find the unknown device, right click it and select install driver. Then point the wizard to the location you have unzipped the driver files.
Let me know how you get on.

Hello,
Have you extracted the files from the zip file into a folder on your PC?
