USB Keyboard - Help Required, £ Cash Waiting!

Hi all,

I am stuck on a Flowcode V4 USB keyboard project that I just cannot debug and complete and I am under pressure to get it finished ASAP.

The PCB hardware all checks out OK but it will not run correctly and the second revision of the board is due next week yet it doesn't run on the first yet!
