Yes i've manage program it so the " * " works.
but instead of the Yes: String Manip: String_Var = "". i've just put LCD macro with clear and a 50ms delay in front of it.

I think the LCD cursor is just for the x,y position of the number you've typed and the correct code next to it. the LCD printstring is used so u can see what u have typed on the LCD the Printspace is just a macro used to have a space between what you have typed and the correct number of the input st...

I've tested the program out today at school but the problem is that the port from the keypad is not connected. could you maybe say which things i all need to edit to place the keypad for example on port D ?
