Hi,
I'm busy with a project in which I need an MCU with more than 2 UARTs. I also need to be able to store about 40 bytes in some kind of NV memory. I decided on the PIC24FJ128GA202 as it is supported by FC7 and the EB064, and has 4 UARTs. Unfortunately this chip does not have any on-board EEPROM and I do not have the development platform for any of the chips that do conform to the parameters above.
I would like to avoid using external memory if possible. Is it possible to implement something in a component macro that will store data in the chip's flash memory?
Kind regards.
Leo
