Maybe you have not set the Virtual Serial Port for the Arduino board, see the Flowcode Menu...

Build->Project Options->General Options->Programmer Port

All set correctly here! I have tried with 2 different boards. I used before flowcode with arduino with success I do not know why now displays this error message!

I have changed the arduino Mega 2560 to Mega 2560 R3 and it worked .. so I guess was my fault!
How ever I want to program an arduino UNO wifi, which board should I choose to be correct? Because the target controller list does not include UNO wifi!

I don't know for sure, but I would guess start by trying Uno PDIP
