Sets the X,Y,Z point lists in a flat height-map grid

The handle to the cloud set the points of

An (X,Y,Z) array to use as an offset for the generated grid 
- FLOAT[] XStep
An (X,Y,Z) array to increment the point for each X of the grid 
- FLOAT[] YStep
An (X,Y,Z) array to increment the point for each Y of the grid 
- ULONG GridWidth
The X elements of the grid to calculate
